looks likely to stretch to 13 matches.
From the right-wing corner, Paudie O’Conner rises at the far
post and plants an unstoppable downward header into the bottom right! What a
fine goal!

OPINION
Arsenal look very good as a second
string side and the fact that I think that with the squad they have they can
win it really counts. Blackpool put up a fight at the wrong time in the match
as when they did the game was over as a contest.
CHELSEA 3-2 DERBY
FABULOUS FABRIGAS
Dealing with a common-or-garden right-wing cross from Ruben
Loftus-Cheek, dribbled into the six-yard box, Tomori has a wild hack at the
ball, only managing to somehow slice it behind him and into the bottom-left
corner.
Jack Marriott, bombing down the inside-left channel, pearls
a low diagonal shot into the bottom right!
Davide Zappacosta whips down the right and crosses low. This
one comes off Richard Keogh’s heel, and whistles into the bottom right.
Mason Mount rolls a
ball across the face of the Chelsea box from the left. With Davide Zappacosta
sleeping, Martyn Waghorn taps home,
Loftus-Cheek and Zappacosta work hard, and not without
skill, down the right. The ball’s rolled towards Cesc Fabregas, who smacks a
shot into the bottom right

OPINION
I am not that sure who deserved
this win whether it was Chelsea or the luck that they had been given but Derby
can definitely learn from this as simple errors what lost them the game. Will
Chelsea be unbeaten through the season this is the first time I really thought
no.
WEST HAM 1-3 SPURS
HEUNG MIN HEROIC
Son is the man to put the visitors in front. Llorente
controls the long clearance from Gazzaniga on his chest and finds Eriksen. The
Dane's ball is cut out by Ogbonna, but only as far as Alli. He pokes forward
and Ogbonna misses it, allowing Son to get in behind and belt the ball into the
top left-hand corner
A through ball from Alli should be cut out, but Masuaku
makes a mess of it and Son is in. He rounds Adrian and scores with his left
foot.
West Ham are back in it! Lucas Perez is the man who heads
Snodgrass's far post corner into the roof of the net.
Fredericks does well to stretch and clear behind for a
corner. Eriksen had lifted a pass over the defence for Nkoudou, but the
right-back did well to volley away. Eriksen sends the corner over and Llorente
loses Ogbonna and volleys in from six yards

OPINION
This has got to be seen as
progress for Spurs as again they have got a chance of winning a trophy and
keeping the team together for a long while. This has to be seen as a step back
for West Ham as they are still not getting used to the l9ondon stadium
MIDDLESBRO 1-0 PALICE
WACKY WING
Lewis Wing blasted Boro quarter-finals as his
first senior goal for the club dumped Premier League Palice out of the
competition.
The midfielder, who was playing Northern League football for
Shildon and working in a factory 20 months ago, thumped home a 25-yard
piledriver in first-half stoppage time

OPINION
This win is one that will h3elp
the League Cup as a Premiere League club is knocked out but Palace did have
their chances to do some damage in the second half. I do think that this has to
be seen a disappointment in youth for Palace.
