RASHFORD ROMANCE
Bournemouth took a corner, which was only half-cleared. The
ball fell to Junior Stanislas on the inside right flank and – completely
unmarked - he sent in a cross which was stabbed home from close range by Callum
Wilson.
After good work from Alexis Sanchez, Ashley Young squares
the ball to Martial just inside the penalty area. The in-form striker makes no
mistake as he rifles the ball past Begovic.
Astonishing scenes at the Vitality Stadium, where Marcus
Rashford takes advantage of Ake’s lack of height. Paul Pogba had cantered down
the left flank and looped in a cross that the 5ft 11in centre-half couldn’t
quite reach. The ball was subsequently chested down by Rashford, who was
lurking behind him and the striker smashed it past Begovic from close range.
MY
OPINION
Man United are a very lucky team
and maybe they are going back to that now and that can be good and bad as this
was not the best performance. I think that United were able to get that win and
show they might be back. Bournemouth are in a higher position which I find a
little bit surprising I think they can stay there but need to know how to stay
solid at the back.
CARDIFF 0-1 LEICESTER

OPINION
This was a big win for Leister
not just for the three points but for the chairman and his son having to take
up the new roll as owner of the club this one was special and we all should
understand the grieving process
EVERTON 3-1 BRIGHTON

the high centre of the goal. Assisted by Gylfi Sigurdsson with a through ball.
Lewis Dunk header from very close range to the bottom right

NEWCASTLE 1-0 WATTFORD

OPINION
This is what Newcastle can do on
a regular basis and we know this and we also know that they have the ability to
improve but this is what they can do and will Ashley look at this and say no
money to spend in January I’m not sure.
WEST HAM 4-2 BURNLEY
ANDERSON ANGRY
Arnautovic put the hammers in front on 11 minutes after
robbing Tarkowski and then sliding the ball beyond his former teammate Joe
Hart.
Gudmundsson broke the offside trap and finished beyond
Lukasz Fabianski after latching on to Ashley Westwood's defence-splitting pass.
West Ham continued to dominate after the restart and
Anderson regained their lead with a fine finish on 68 minutes following good
link-up play by Arnautovic and Diangana.
The visitors showed their character again, though, by
equalising 10 minutes later. Just two minutes after coming on, Brady whipped in
a corner for Wood to head into the corner of the net.
However Anderson made
amends shortly after when his shot took a huge deflection off Mee to leave Hart
with no chance.
Hernandez slammed a shot into the roof of the net after
being picked out by Michail Antonio.

OPINION
This was definitely a good win
for the hammers as it pushed me out of the relegation zone and I think that
withy a performance like this there is nothing that they cannot do. To score
twice and to loose is a serious disappointment but they have to look at their
defence.
ARSENAL 1-1 LIVERPOOL
LOVIN LACAZETTE
Sadio Mane was played in behind down the left flank and
smashed a low cross into the penalty area, which was populated only by Arsenal
players. Leno got down to block the cross, but could only fumble it out towards
the edge of the penalty area, where Milner was on hand to drive it back with
interest, almost taking the net off the goal-frame with the ferocity of his
shot.
The Emirates is rocking after that equaliser. Iwobi played a
through-ball in behind for the striker to chase, who couldn’t take the ball around
Alisson despite his best attempts. The ball breaks off the keeper and Lacazette
retrieved it with his back to goal, before turning and curling a wonderful
effort past both Joe Gomez and the Liverpool goalkeeper inside the far post.
MY
OPINION
There is no doubt that Liverpool
will feel that this is two points dropped rather than a point gained but both managers
should feel satisfied as at this time both look like title contenders and could
break Man City down but does either have the quality to do so.
WOLVES 2-3 SPURS
KICKIN KANE
Spurs take the lead, arguably against the run of play, and
it is a fourth goal in five starts for Lamela, who works a one-two beautifully
with Son and squeezes a shot through Patricio's legs. The Argentine brought
Son's pass down skilfully on his chest, tried to work it onto his preferred
left foot but knew he was running out of time and space and eventually poked it
home with his right.
Tottenham hit Wolves with a double blow before the half-hour
mark! Again the source is the Spurs right, as Son works it to Trippier, who
floats a cross up towards the back post for Moura to head home from inside six
yards. The Brazilian couldn't miss, but Nuno will be furious about the lack of
marking.
Yet again Spurs hit Wolves against the run of play with a
third which should seal the points. Lamela gets a little lucky with a bounce of
the ball in the box and squares to Kane, whose first effort is parried by
Patricio, but the Spurs striker reacts quickest to sweep home with his left
foot and end his mini-drought.
Neves wins the battle of wits with Lloris by rolling the
ball into the bottom corner; the Spurs keeper guessing the wrong way.
It is turning into a Premier League debut to forget for
Foyth who has given away another penalty. Jonny has the pace on the Argentine,
and knocks it past him who reacts with a clumsy challenge which brings the
wing-back down. Different penalty taker, same result, as Jimenez slots it
into the opposite bottom corner. Game on now; big time!

OPINION
Do Spurs know how to defend a
lead the right way this might be a problem for them going into next week as they
will be low on confidence and that they have the ability to lose a game by leaking
goals.
MAN CITY 6-1 SOUTHAMPTON
STERLING STIRS POT
Silva releases Sane down the left flank and his right footed
cross caroms off Hoedt into the goal.
More brilliant wing play for City as Sterling careens into
the area and crosses for Aguero, who deposits his 150th Premier League goal in
his 220th appearance.
Moments later Sterling centers a ball from the touchline,
which Sane heads to David Silva, who calmly fires a left-footed shot into the
top-left corner.
A beautiful ball through by Bertrand up the left side to
Danny Ings in the penalty area and the City keeper Ederson hurls himself into
the chance, committing a foul. There was an attempt to play the ball, so there
won’t be a booking. Ings walks to the spot, waits for Ederson to commit, rolls
it easily into the bottom-right corner
Aguero muscles Stephens for the ball off the goal line and
centers to Sterling, whose first attempt is blocked but whose second restores
City’s three-goal lead right before the half.
City’s formidable pace up front shows itself again as Aguero
romps down the center of the pitch before slipping to Sterling, who slots it
through the keeper’s legs.
Sane’s third goal of the Premier League season, slotted
calmly from inside the area into the bottom-left corner, comes way too easy.

OPINION
Man City are on a d8ifferent
level this season and seem to have the ability to win any game at ease and this
was another one. The only thing I can see losing them the title is if they go
on a bit of a rut. Southampton must learn fast or they could be in a lot more
trouble than people think.
CHELSEA 3-1 PALICE
MAGICAL MORATA
The Spain striker does brilliantly, tucking the ball away after
a neat first touch. Pedro stabs in a cross and Morata earns himself a yard of
space by nudging the ball away from Aaron Wan-Bissaka before hammering it home
hard and low.
A brilliant finish by Andros Townsend, and a beautiful pass
by James McArthur. The Palace forward plays a neat give-and-go with McArthur,
who slides him in behind the Chelsea back line. He races beyond David Luiz and
slams the ball into the corner of Kepa’s goal.
Another superb finish by Alvaro Morata, who strikes his and
Chelsea’s second. It is deja vu for Palace, with another simple free-kick
flighted in, this time by Hazard, and lurking at the back post is Morata who
fires home from an acute angle.
It’s three for done now with Pedro effortlessly guiding home
with his right foot after meeting a low Alonso cross from the left. Morata’s
second goal really allowed Chelsea to find their stride once more and now they
have two-goal cushion.
MY
OPINION
Chelsea look to be a force this
season there is no doubt in my mind about that and I feel that Palace had their
chances at 1-1 maybe to get a lead and to control the ball. I do though think
Chelsea are playing above where they should this season.
HUDDDERSFIELD 1-0
FULLHAM
SNIDLER STYLES IT
Schindler thumps a downward header beyond Rico, via
Fosu-Mensah, converting Chris Löwe’s ball in after the initial corner was
cleared.

OPINION
Huddersfield have shown that
they have been not doing the damage they can offensively until yesterday. They
do have an ability to go forward. The fact that the goal came from a corner
worries me as it says there is still a lot to work on.
