MY OPINION

This was Corks big chance to make the point that they had the chance but the fact that they could not score in Cyprus was what harmed them more than anything else. They have to learn from this for next season as things will get harder.

MY OPINION

I think that the home leg was where they lost this tie as Shamrock rovers conceded to many goals and they lost the game. There was not that sense that they could come back in the second leg and I always had that sense of hope but that was all it was.

With the first leg ending 1-1 at Pittodrie, the Dons needed to score and Stewart struck on 71 minutes.

MY OPINION

In the next couple of rounds before the group stage I think that they will find it very difficult to compete with the big teams. I feel that this was a nervy match and they need to get rid of the pre-season jitters.
