Mexico came from behind to beat New Zealand and moved top of the group amid ugly scenes at the Confederations Cup.
Leeds United's Chris Wood gave the All Whites a first-half lead but second-half goals by Benfica's Raul Jimenez and Oribe Peralta sealed victory.
But the game boiled over in the dying stages when Mexico skipper Diego Reyes pulled back Michael Boxall, who then lunged at Hector Herrera.

MY OPINION
New Zealand is learning how to compete with the big boys and they must be happy with this win as it could have been a horror show for Mexico. Mexico to me would be a team with the potential to win this cup I haven’t seen that yet.
MEXICO 0-1 PORTUGAL
RAPID RONALDO

 Cristiano Ronaldo headed the only goal as Portugal recorded their first win at the Confederations Cup by beating hosts Russia.
Ronaldo, whose future at club Real Madrid is in doubt, connected with Raphael Guerreiro's cross in the eighth minute to send Portugal top of Group A.

MY OPINION
Portugal are showing that they are getting back to form again with this win and are showing as well that they can play and battle to get the points. They are showing that winning the Euros was no fluke and that they are ready to improve.
GROUP B
GERMANY 1-1 CHILE
AN ARSENAL DAY FOR SANCHEZ

Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez became Chile's all-time top scorer with his 38th international goal in Thursday's draw with Germany at the Confederations Cup.
Sanchez capitalised on a mistake by Gunners team-mate Shkodran Mustafi to open the scoring.

MY OPINION
If Arswen Wrenger is watching this match he must be very happy as both of his players made the difference in the match. Germany must be disappointed in this result as they would have seen this match as an easy win.
CAMEROON 1-1 AUSTRILIA
MIGHTY MILLIGAN MAKES MAGIC

There looked set to be little for either side to shout about in the opening 45 minutes, but Cameroon took the lead in first-half stoppage time through Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa.
And he was punished for his profligacy in highly contentious circumstances as the VAR concluded Mabouka's tackle on Gersbach merited a penalty despite the evidence on offer clearly suggesting otherwise.
Milligan made no mistake in tucking into the bottom-left corner but Cameroon would have quickly been back in front had Aboubakar not sliced over from point-blank range.

MY OPINION

I feel that bAustrilia moving to Asia has definitely helped them as a footballing side and I have a feeling that they will be playing in the world cup next year which was their aim. I also think that the play offs might be impossible this year for them. I am not sure where Cameroon stand as a nation at the moment.

Nikola Kalinic was unmarked to tap in a second but Sokratis Papastathopoulos' fine header gave Greece an away goal.
