FA CUP
SWANSEA 0-3 SPURS
ERICSON DETROYS SWANSEA
You could see this going in from way back, because Swansea allowed it to happen. Lamela, out on the right, flicks a pass inside for Eriksen. The Danish international is allowed to run, and run, and run, and run. He bides his time, and lines up a glorious power curler into the top left from 20 yards. That’s so sweet! But Nordfeldt had no chance, because none of his defenders bothered closing Eriksen down.
Lamela dribbles hard down the inside-left channel. He drifts infield a bit, uninhibited by any sort of meaningful challenge from a white shirt. Swansea backing off again, like they did with Eriksen. And the result is the same. Lamela lines up his shot, and curls low and hard into the bottom right. It’s no more than Tottenham deserve for their first-half dominance.
This is over. Dier and Moura nearly open Swansea up with some crisp one-twoing down the left. Dier pulls the ball back for Moura, who can’t quite get a shot away from the penalty spot. Moura plays it softly back, teeing up Eriksen, who hammers through a thicket of players and into the bottom left.
MY OPINION
This feels what Spurs are going for at the moment and I think that they have the quality to win it but you do wonder if they don’t will their players leave over the summer. This was nothing less than a disaster for Swansea and to stay in the Premiere league they must play better.
MAN U 2-0 BRIGHTON
LUKAKU SHOWS CHARACTER
Lukaku headed in a first-half cross from Nemanja Matic, who sealed victory late on when he nodded in Ashley Young's free-kick.
MY OPINION
This was an easy enough win for United but after their disappointing loss in Spain that they have the character to get back into the next game and be able to control it.  United will probably now finish second in the league which should keep some fans happy.
WIGAN 0-2 SOUTHAMPTON
HOJBJERG DESTROYS A CUP DREAM
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg fired in from a second-half corner, shortly after Christian Walton had saved his header.
Cedric Soares slotted past Walton to confirm the win in stoppage time.
MY OPINION
This was not the Wigan that we saw against City and have seen for most of the season in league one this was a different team and they could not do their jobs whatever thyey were properly. I think that Southampton got the goal and when they did Wigan were not sure what to do.
LEICESTER 1-2 CHELSEA
PERFECT PEDRO
lvaro Morata took Willian's pass in his stride to beat Leicester keeper Kasper Schmeichel in composed fashion to give Chelsea the advantage just before half-time.
But Jamie Vardy made amends for a poor headed miss when he pounced in a goalmouth scramble for a 76th-minute equaliser.
The decisive moment came just before the interval in extra time when Chelsea substitute Pedro beat the onrushing Schmeichel to N'Golo Kante's cross and headed in the winner.
MY OPINION
Chelsea were very lucky to get out of this with a win and again Jamie Vardy was able to do that little bit of damage you would wonder why a bigger club has not looked at. I think that in the first half Chelsea outplayed but in the second allowed Leicester back into it.
SEMI FINAL DRAW
Man u v Spurs, Chelsea v Southampton
This is Chelsea’s real chance to reach a final after having a poor season in the league but United and Spurs will be interesting
